The job waits for you, and how long depends on how badly the customer needs it — and for anything short of an emergency the clock only runs during your working hours, so nothing expires overnight. Someone who said "next week" leaves it with you for a full day of working hours. A normal job waits about six working hours. Someone who needs it today waits about ninety minutes. A genuine emergency waits about twenty minutes, then goes out to a few locals at once — first to reply takes it, and losing that race never counts against you either. Missing one is never a mark against you; you just catch the next.

Set your away dates in the dashboard — two taps — and the board stops sending you jobs until you're back. No jobs sitting unanswered, no awkward declines from the beach.

Only if you want it to. Add your team in the dashboard and set who's on which day, and job texts go straight to whoever's working — you don't have to be the middleman. Someone off sick? One tap sends today's jobs somewhere else, and it puts itself back tomorrow. If you're on your own, ignore all of that: texts just come to you.

No. Jobs arrive as a normal text message with a confirm and a decline link. If you can reply to a text, you can run Callout. There's a simple dashboard with your stats and settings if you ever want it — most days you won't need to open it.

After a confirmed job wraps up, the customer gets one text asking for a quick rating. Every review is tied to a job that really happened — no drive-by one-stars from someone you've never met. And if a customer reports a genuine problem, it comes to us first, not straight onto your page.
